Once you have one of our "Preferred" Agents list your home for maximum exposure in the MLS, rest assured you still have selling

options with varying rates...

 

 

0% If you sell the home yourself and find your own Buyer 

 

1% If you sell the home yourself, and choose to have a licensed agent represent you the Seller in the transaction with contractual documentation assistance 

 

 

5% If Preferred Property finds the Buyer and represents both the buyer and the seller

 

 

6% If another broker brings a buyer and Preferred Property represents the seller only

(w/3% co-broke fee advertised in MLS; *Luxury Home Market rates may vary, ask Agent)

Once you List with us we pay for all of the professional photos, tours & advertising & we only get paid at closing, no hidden fees ever...We also offer an easy exit Listing.

 

 

Sell the Property Yourself While it is Listed, and Pay NO Commission

Have the ability to contribute and get compensated for your efforts. You can run ads and hold open houses if you wish. This, of course, does not apply to a buyer exposed to the property by my office or another agent.

 

Cancel the Listing at Any Time

If for some reason we do not provide 100% satisfactory service, just let us know. We promise to remedy the situation within 24 hours. If you are still not satisfied, we will release you, unconditionally, from the listing agreement with no further obligation.

 

No Advance Fees of Any Kind

You only pay a commission if I procure an offer that is acceptable to you.

 

No Pressure Presentation

I will never allow you to be pressured by the buyer’s agent. All offers will be emailed or delivered to my office and will be presented to you by phone and email with our recommendations, so you can make your decisions privately.

 

Flexible Commission Schedule
